Hey Guys!!!
Have you ever heard of “One pot wonder”? A busy mum or a working mum might have come across this term. Its often hard to balance both work and family and adding kids to the list needs a whole new level of energy and planning.
One pot wonders refer to One pot dishes. The recipes of these dishes suggest us to drop in all the requirement, close the lid and switch the stove on. In 20 mins time, Tada! a healthy snack, lunch or dinner is ready! This is something I love coz its quicker as well as healthier.
Here is a recipe folio I made majorly using the recipe cards that come with the paper pack, Hungry cook and also as free printable on this blog (Now this gives an option of printing out as many as we want)
I have divided the sections in to 4- Desserts, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and each of it can hold up to 15 recipe cards making it 60 recipes over all. The card is more than sufficient for keeping record of one pot dishes (our Indian cuisine especially needs 2 whole pages to write the recipe 😉 but this is one pot and so there is no procedure)
Lets take a look at it.

Here is the Inside:

Flap 2- Has measurements to the left and Dessert to the right

The recipe cards can be pulled out.

Flip 3- Has three sections with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Tabs for easy access.

These come with the paper pack. I have fussy cut and used them
